General description
Dehydrated Kaffir lime leaf powder is produced from non-GMO, fresh, Ethylene Oxide Free, locally sourced raw material, and good quality Thai Kaffir lime leaves. The product is free from food irradiation. It has strong herbal flavour and aroma, with low microbial load. An important ingredient for many Thai cuisines.
