General description
Dehydrated lemongrass powder is produced from fresh, mature, Ethylene Oxide Free, good quality, non-GMO, and locally sourced raw material. The product is free from food irradiation. It has strong herbal flavour and aroma, with low microbial load. An important ingredient for many Thai cuisines.
